Destiny Kua provides readings based on traditional Chinese astrology (BaZi) and feng shui. They are for entertainment and personal reflection only. They are not medical, psychological, financial, legal or other professional advice, and they do not predict specific events. Do not rely on them for important decisions.

2. Accuracy

We calculate calendar values carefully and explain our conventions, but traditions and schools differ and errors can happen. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share your Kua Card freely. Please do not copy large parts of our content, scrape the site or misuse it.

4. Intellectual property

The text, design and code of Destiny Kua belong to us unless stated otherwise. Traditional calendar data and public-domain concepts remain free for everyone.

5. Third-party links and ads

We may link to other websites and show third-party advertising. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its readings.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
